Ashley Shaw

Senior Project Manager

 As Senior Project Manager, Ashley provides structure for daily business interactions, customer focus, and project continuity. Her vision is solutions-based, and she is passionate about addressing project needs before they become project exposures. Ashley believes proactive behaviors are necessary for success in an imperfect world and is a relentless advocate for our partners and projects.


Ashley has over 14 years of experience in commercial construction and project management of commercial real estate projects. She graduated from Texas A&M University and has since worked on new ground-up and renovation projects in both the private and public sectors, including commercial office, healthcare, education K-12, higher education, science and technology, high-rise residential, religious, transportation, and utility infrastructure projects. 


She has a diverse professional background and has worked for both general contractors and as an owner’s representative for developers.  While working for a general contractor, Ashley completed projects as the project manager and a field superintendent. Her experience allows Ashley to understand multiple aspects of a project, and she offers project teams valuable insight while building relatable relationships with each stakeholder. Ashley has a unique ability to efficiently collaborate with teams, implement complex strategies, and exceed project goals.


Ashley’s superpower is Strategic Clarity. She is passionate about understanding project needs and dissecting multifaceted situations. Her innate ability to reshape complex issues into achievable goals and resolutions drives her.  


When she’s not working, you can find Ashley serving with her church, spending time with family, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and drawing and painting.
