Craig Land

Craig provides strategies for various real estate projects and leadership for the teams that execute them. He believes sustainable success depends on interdependent behaviors, transparent relationships, progressive attitudes, and relentless focus.  He is driven by the principle that collectively, people are exponentially more powerful than the sum of the parts, and he embodies a one team, one vision, and one goal approach to business. 

With a career spanning over 25 years, Craig has amassed a wealth of experience in project management, design, and construction of large commercial real estate developments.  His journey began at Balfour Beatty, a renowned international general contractor, where he honed his skills across diverse sectors including healthcare, hospitality, high rise residential, education, and industrial.  After his tenure as a construction project manager, Craig transitioned into a leadership role overseeing central Texas operations. His dedication to the company for nearly two decades paved the way for him to independently serve various commercial real estate projects and partners, handling responsibilities such as acquisitions, project feasibility studies, strategic planning, financial analysis, and design and construction management.

Craig’s unique ability, his 'superpower,' is Harmonious Control.  He has a natural talent for bringing together people from diverse backgrounds, opinions, and perspectives. His influence fosters cooperation, collaboration, and unity among them, enabling the resolution of conflicts and inspiring collective action toward shared goals. 

When he's not working, Craig is likely in his backyard or traveling with his wife Roxana and son Harrison.
